The picture of an office always produces the image of a stiff place with only straight-backed chairs and tables for office work. Now, however, most offices also have a sofa so that the employer, employee or client can sit comfortably while in the office.

Rental would be beneficial as with this option, you can keep the cash flow in the pocket while enjoying the benefits of the office. Perhaps you could get a new office sofa at a very low up-front price.
However, be wary and make sure that you are really striking up a good deal because there are many dishonest individuals who may make you pay more for the sofa through rental fees than you would to purchase a sofa. So be certain to investigate the rental agreement and to consider the needs and design of the office and your budget.
